The tailor agrees to accept all responsibility for loss or damage of the costume prior to delivery to the buyer. Following completion, it will be shipped at the buyer's expense to the address specified by the buyer. The costume is agreed to be completed no later than ___________________________. Any unreasonable delay for longer than 30 days will result in termination of the contract, provided that the tailor reimburses the buyer for all funds collected.

An non-refundable deposit of $_________ must be recieved by the buyer before work may begin on the costume. If the non-refundable deposit is not recieved within 30 days of this document's signing, the contract will become null and void. If total payment in full is not received within 60 days of the costume's completion, this contract will becom null and void, provided that the tailor retains the non-refundable deposit, any payments received afterwards, and the costume. A 30-day grace period will be awarded provided that half of the remaining balance is paid within the 60-day payment period.
In any proceeding to enforce any part of this contract, the aggreived party shall be entitled to reasonable attorney's fees in addition to any damages paid.
The tailor is not responsible for the loss or damage of the costume in transit or once recieved by the buyer. The tailor also does not take responsibility for ill-fitting costumes as the result of falsified or inaccurate measurements, or a significant difference in the buyer's actual measurements as recorded at the time of this document's signing and the buyer's measurements upon receipt of the costume, provided the costume conforms to the measurements specified in this contract.
Alteration: If the costume is able to be altered to conform to the measurements at the time of delivery, provided the measurements at the time of delivery differ from those provided in this contract as a result of buyer's error, the tailor will alter the costume to the new measurements provided for a reduced 5.00/h fee. If the discrepancy is a result of tailor's error, every attempt will be made to alter the costume to the new measurements. If alterations cannot be made a refund will be made of all payments following the non-refundable deposit.
ATTENTION: It is against Farasha Fashons' policy for our commissions to be used as competition pieces in contests, to be resold for profit, to be displayed at fashion shows, or for credit to be claimed by the buyer for making the piece. If any attempt to use a Farasha Fashions piece in this manner is discovered, the proper authorities will be contacted and the buyer risks legal action. EXCEPTION: If a member of Farasha Fashions is attending the same event as the buyer, a written agreement regarding contests, shows or sales will be drafted. Farasha Fashions is entitled to all profits and awards proceeding thereof.
